The Past, Present, and Future meeting will take place at:
ASTRON Netherlands Institute, Oude Hoogeveensedijk 4, 7991 PD Dwingeloo.
Dwingeloo is in the north-east of the Netherlands, and can be reached in about 20 minutes by either private car or taxi from Hoogeveen railway station. From Amsterdam Schiphol airport to Hoogeveen takes 1h+45min by train.

Note: There are expected ProRail strikes on Friday around Zwolle, Groningen, and Assen. Please plan accordingly.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
For participants who would like to stay in Dwingeloo for one or two nights: a block reservation of 10 rooms has been made for 21-23 November at the following hotel: Fletcher hotel De Borken, Lhee 76, 7991 PJ Dwingeloo.
Participants are requested to make their own reservation by 13 November. Payment can be done at the hotel upon arrival or departure.
This hotel is located at 1.9 kilometres from ASTRON.
- Price for a room (single or double use) including breakfast is Eur 84 including breakfast.
- Participants are requested to make their own hotel room reservation. You can send an email to info@hoteldeborken.nl mentioning the code F59-GFC2116. Please specify your arrival and departure date. Payment can be done at the hotel upon arrival or departure.
This block reservation will expire on 13 November. After that date, reservations are at the basis of availability.
Alternatively, you can make a reservation at one of the other hotels or a B&B in the surroundings.
