Introduction
Following constructive discussions at the successful LOFAR Family Meeting in Leiden, we invite you to a Data Processing and Management Busy Week we are organizing at ASTRON from 21 -25 October 2024. We anticipate that the topics will cover the full data lifecycle related to the various L2LP (and that will largely apply to future Open Skies projects as well), from data taking till the generation of the advanced data products through the Observatory and users' pipelines.
The busy week covers a full week (Monday to Friday). To facilitate people's travel, we envision the busy week to start early afternoon on the Monday and conclude on Friday after lunch.
Although in-person attendance is strongly preferred, hybrid participation will also be supported.

The meeting will take place at ASTRON in Dwingeloo, the Netherlands; Travel information can be found on our website.
We can provide assistence with arranging transportation between ASTRON and Hoogeveen Railway Station. The price for a taxi from Hoogeveen to Hotel de Borken is €43,50 one way. You can pay the taxi driver with cash or we also provide payment by debit or credit card at the ASTRON reception desk.
Accommodation
A block booking has been made at Landhotel de Borken. Please book the room yourself by sending an e-mail to info@hoteldeborken.nl, referring to the block booking "LOFAR2.0 busy week".
