The International LOFAR-TO meeting on 19+20 November will take place at NH hotel Zandvoort, Burgemeester van Alphenstraat 63, Zandvoort, the Netherlands.

Participants are asked to reserve and pay for their hotel room. A block reservation has been made for arrival 19 November - departure 20 November. Price for a standard room for single occupancy: EUR 102,85 including breakfast and including VAT.

CANCELLATION POLICIES hotel rooms for participants:
- In case of late cancellation after 14 November: the hotel room reservation will be charged to your creditcard. If this is not working and it's charged to ASTRON. ASTRON will need to send an invoice to the participant.
- In case of no show or no payment of the room upon departure: the hotel room reservation will be charged to your creditcard. If this is not working and it's charged to ASTRON, ASTRON will need to send an invoice to the participant.
