Hotel reservations
Participants are requested to arrange and pay for their own hotel reservation. Hotels are in high demand in Utrecht, so it is advised not to book too late.
The recommended hotel is the meeting venue: Inntel hotel Utrecht centre. A block booking of 30 rooms has been made. Price per room is 139 Euros per night including breakfast, excluding tourist tax.

DEADLINE for Inntel hotel reservations via this block booking: 24 October 2019.
Note that from 10 September, the block-booked hotel rooms will gradually be made unavailable.
After 24 October, reservations at Inntel Utrecht centre are on the basis of availability and prices may go up.
