Registration fee
Late cancellations, update 4 May
Since the LOC has confirmed the participants numbers to the hotel, free cancellations are no longer possible due to budget reasons. Refunds cannot be made/the fee will be invoiced to your institute. If you need to cancel, please send an email to nac2023@astron.nl so we know that you will not join. Thank you.
From 3 April, the late registration fee applied:
- € 230 for a double use hotel room
- € 355 for a single use hotel room
The late registration fee for NAC2023 without hotel is € 200. From 6 April, only this option is available.
- Coffee/tea, lunches (3x) and dinners (2x) are included.
It is still possible to register by sending an email to NAC2023@astron.nl. The LOC will then get back to you. Registrations via the website are closed.
PLEASE NOTE: the LOC can no longer book the hotel accommodation. Participants are kindly requested to book their own accommodation, if desired. The fee for participation without hotel is 200 Euros. Hotel suggestion: Oranje hotel, 1.5 km from conference venue and opposite the train station. The Westcord hotel Leeuwarden is fully booked by the LOC and cannot be booked by individual participants.
Payment of the fee
For payment, there are two options:
- Your institute will pay for you. No further action necessary.
- You will pay yourself. To pay the registration fee yourself, please go to the ASTRON website to pay the fee via Multisafepay.
