- 31 March: deadline for standard (fee) registration
- 31 March: deadline for abstract submission
- 4 May, late cancellations update: since the LOC has confirmed the participants numbers to the hotel, free cancellations are no longer possible due to budget reasons. Refunds cannot be made/the fee will be invoiced to your institute. If you need to cancel, please send an email to nac2023@astron.nl so we know that you will not join. Thank you.
