Here is some information about the presentations and the posters.
Posters
The posters will be displayed on poster boards which can accommodate posters with a size up to A0 in portrait orientation. You will be able to use push pins to attach the posters.
Presentations
As for the presentations, we will make use of conference laptops (both Windows and Apple Mac). Presentation software that we support will be the recent versions of PowerPoint and Keynote as well as PDF.
The projectors in the hotel support a 16:9 aspect ratio.
We strongly encourage participants to use the conference laptops for their presentations, as the schedule is quite packed and there is little time for switching over laptops. You will be able to copy your presentation to the laptops before each session (using a USB stick). Alternatively we will offer you the option to upload your talk to a NAC2023 Google Drive (information Google Drive via email, not here). We will provide more information (including links) on this in our final update which we will send out in the week before the conference.
